2. Your images are never uploaded

Every Pasafoto tool runs inside your browser. The images and files you convert are never sent to any server — ours or anyone else's — and we never see, store or analyze them. When you close the tab, they disappear from your browser's memory.

3. Data we do process

• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) that the hosting server logs automatically for security. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: the hosting provider's period (Hostinger).
• Advertising (Google AdSense), only if you accept third-party cookies: Google may use cookies and identifiers to show and measure ads. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings”. More information on how Google uses data.
• Emails you send us through the contact page. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us. We keep them only as long as needed to reply.

4. Local storage

We store in your browser (localStorage) your light/dark theme preference (pf-theme). It contains no personal data and is never sent to any server. Your cookie choice is stored by Google’s consent tool.

5. International transfers

If you accept advertising, Google LLC may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to brufanyermax@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
